Vulnerability Assessment for Unmanned Aviation
I created a series of infographics for a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report, assessing the security of foreign-made Small Unmanned Arial Systems (sUAS).
The first graphic shows data on the growth of sUAS sales in the U.S. as well as predictions of sUAS sales by 2022.
The second graphic shows the types of data that is collected by sUAS, and what data is shared with manufacturers and third-party companies for diagnostics and analyst services.
The third graphic depicts the Internet of things, how sUAS fit within it, and where the vulnerabilities to hackers are.
The fourth graphic sums up keys findings within the report. This graphic was designed to fit into the summary of the report.
I worked with scientists and project managers for Global Security Sciences (GSS). An organization within Argonne National Laboratory that develops security assessments for the DHS.
